To this end we firmly believe in the value of training and are constantly working towards widening and enriching our offering. Below you can find some of our training and leisure initiatives.

Be on Campus

We recognise the importance of enhancing managerial, leadership and communication skills to complement industry knowledge. At Be, we mark important career milestones by providing expert off-site training courses. Here you have the opportunity to join your peers to practice and improve upon skills that will set you up for your future career path.

Learning from the Best

We have the privilege of hosting the very best thought leaders, who share their insights, inspiring us. We run a series of short lectures held by well-known keynote speakers from diverse professional fields ranging from business, politics, sport and entertainment.

In-house Training

We provide a large variety of classroom training courses, ranging from our consultant training program (basic to advanced level), to highly specialised sessions in technology, industry, or functional areas. These are typically run by senior Be professionals.

Be and the Arts

At Be, we see the value in developing well-rounded and talented individuals. Our training programmes encourage you to discover and develop talents that you didn’t even know you had: ranging from video making to the performing arts. We help our consultants nurture their full potential and creativity by supporting ongoing professional and personal development.

COACHING

Our coaching programme offers a combination of formal, structured conversations and less formal, mentoring contact. You will also have client exposure from day one. What’s more, as your experience at Be grows, you’ll be able to pass your own knowledge on to new joiners.

Social Events

You will be invited to fun social events, such as our amazing Christmas party and welcome cocktails for new hires, where you can enjoy networking with your colleagues and make new friends.
